Man formally charged in Yuma county murder

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – Nicholas Harder was formally charged in court today with one count of first-degree murder with premeditation and four counts of aggravated assault.

Harder has been charged with the murder of 57-year-old Anthony Jordinell.

Representatives said they received a call on Monday afternoon, saying they had cuts on Giordinelli’s body but said they had no word on how he was killed.

The home where the crime took place is in a residential area in Somerton East at Avenue 3 E and County 18th Street.

In addition to being formally charged, Harder is still on bail. Yuma County Magistrate Judge Gregory Stewart said in court today, “In light of the information previously discussed and what I have shared with you today, we intend to continue with the bonds we previously set. It will remain as a security deposit.” 1,000,000. ”

Harder was found on a phone call directed to the sheriff’s office to look into the Yuma Regional Medical Center. There he found Harder, who had left after treating his injuries.

Michael Castanada, who has lived in the area for more than 25 years, said hearing about the murders made him uneasy. “It’s very strange and I want to make sure it’s safe around here, but I don’t know what’s going on,” Castanada said.

Harder is scheduled to return to court on June 2.
