Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ Family) — One man was killed in a shooting in Flagstaff over the weekend, and police are still investigating the cause of the incident.
Flagstaff police responded to a call of shots fired at a residence. 700 block of North Canyon Terrace Drive. Around 2:15pm on October 13th.
When officers arrived, they found 21-year-old Dylan Carter dead from a gunshot wound inside the home.
Phillip Green, 20, was found unharmed outside the residence and taken into custody, police said.
Green was booked into the Coconino County Jail and charged with manslaughter. Green’s booking photo has not yet been released to his Arizona family.
