Maricopa residents can expect a revamped Halloween experience this year as the city turns over operation of its annual Mysterious Mansion Mayhem event to InMaricopa, a private community organization. As announced by the City of MaricopaThe move is part of an effort to encourage local engagement and free up the city to put resources elsewhere. “By entrusting Mysterious Mansion Mayhem to InnMaricopa, we aim to encourage community engagement and encourage new ideas,” the city said in a statement.
