Mark Cuban Reveals He’s Too Dumb To Own The Mavericks, Anyway

Businessman and former Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban joined X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday to share some very personal news. After a series of heated opinions, it's clear that the industry giant wants the whole world to know that their Happy Meal is just meters away.

Cuban was bravely open about his mental illness and proudly shared his views on how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is the key to a “well-run, successful company.” While commentators point out his inability to understand basic words and concepts, showing how debilitating his condition really is, his lovable cow-like posture doubles and triples. Doubling that amount is worthy of praise. There is truly no precedent for such a spectacular display of confidence in the face of difficult adversity, but Dylan Mulvaney is probably the closest to it.

He breaks down simple affinity for DEI one letter at a time.

He says that companies should define “diversity” as ” [to hire] Where others don't. ” In this world, “people of all races, ethnicities, orientations, etc. are routinely excluded from employment consideration,” but thanks to the insidious racism evident within corporate America, he Find the “more qualified'' candidate from this group. Bless his heart.

What he's describing is the exact opposite of diversity hiring. If you want to succeed in business, choose the most qualified candidates, without paying attention to the ID bingo card. Recruiting for diversity means paying more attention to these checkboxes than to the merits. If you're looking for a demographic that “reflects the nation as a whole,” as Cuban argues in his rebuttal, you're by definition hiring a less qualified candidate.

So, what country do you think this guy lives in? Can he name one company that avoids hiring minorities? I'll be waiting. Anti-meritocracy diversity hiring is the best thing companies can do right now. It buys easy credit, government favors, and free PR from our hive-minded media class. Apparently, Cuban's mental state has deteriorated and he is now operating in a completely different reality.

He went on to explain that diversity is good for business because “people tend to connect more easily with people who are similar to themselves.” Come on, buddy — I know you mean well, but that's, uh, pretty racist.

Basically, this is the equivalent of claiming that white people, black people, men, women, homosexuals, straight people, and everyone in between are separate species. Black clients cannot connect with white financial advisors. Because they come from completely different worlds and their brains just work differently. This is something that would have been very popular if it had appeared in a Democratic Party pamphlet circa 1896.

As we are constantly reminded, stupidity is no excuse for racism.Hell, New York Times was fired Legacy reporter who said the N-word during explanation Why you shouldn't use the N-word! In Biden's America, intentions are worth even less than your 401,000. Try harder, Cuban – it's not my job to educate you.

Next is capital.

Our sage guru reveals the profound wisdom that “treating people equally does not mean treating them the same.” This sounds like the guy is trying to explain that he's not gay even though he hit the guy.

Let's think of this in some terms that even Cubans might understand: 1 + 1 = 2, or 1 + 1 is same 2. I know it's difficult, but please keep trying.

Treating people equally actually means treating them the same. It means giving everyone an equal opportunity to succeed based on their abilities, skills and dedication. That's the only way society can function without everyone eventually going crazy with resentment and grudges and killing each other. When despicable humans like Cubans start picking winners and losers based on subjective and usually delusional metrics, everything falls apart. And this is exactly what “fairness” requires.

Finally, there is inclusion. There, the Cuban brain ultimately dissolves into radioactive sludge.

The best companies are those that “create an environment that reduces unnecessary stress for their employees,” but doesn't prevent them from “meeting quotas or launching products.” So what does this mean?

That's probably what all overvalued companies are doing these days. Leadership leans toward pseudo-Oriental spiritualism, mocks “holistic health,” and the middle class explodes. Remember what Elon Musk did when he took over Twitter? He laid off 80 percent of his staff. It's like, they're all grandma's walking around the mall with shingles aggravated, meandering to a desk on a treadmill, wandering around in hoodies with organic slop dripping all over their bodies. Because I'm walking more slowly. What's worse, it was all company profit.

He makes his male and female employees drink full kale smoothies and plays endless games of foosball, then feigns surprise when their productivity drops. Perhaps Cuban could read bedtime stories to his staff after they hit their quota.

But as a great man once said, “That's not all, folks!”

In practice, “inclusion” means creating a cult-like Maoist struggle section around identity, where white, male, heterosexual employees are is shamed and ridiculed by the opponents of dialectics. Inclusion is actually exclusion. Because it just reminds undesirable people that they're trash.

If that doesn’t boost morale, I don’t know what will!

Ultimately, Cuban takes the key points of the DEI priesthood and attempts to pass them on as his own unique insights, reciting them word for word. It's as if he is filtering his entire thought process through a single brain cell. (Related: Are the Mavs planning a move to Las Vegas? So his recent sale of his beloved Dallas Mavericks may have been for the best. He doesn't seem interested in the job. And I don't want to see one-legged transgender Muslim women trying to dunk a basketball.
