Mark Gastineau Slaps ESPN With $25 Million Lawsuit For Showing Wild Confrontation With Brett Favre

ESPN was knocked in a lawsuit from NFL legend Mark Gustinaw after airing a 2023 video from the Chicago Sports Memorial Show.

The video shows the regressed end of the New York Jets facing legendary quarterback Brett Fabre about the New York Jets giving up a simple bag on the New York Giants icon. Michael Strahan 2002Strahan helped defeat the single-season NFL sack records previously held by Gustinaw.

In December, the footage went viral and later appeared on ESPN via “30 for 30,” named “New York Sack Exchange.”

Gustinaw alleges that the video of the incident was “catched without” [Gastineau’s] Since then, he has been attacked by social media with rid lol, light corn, light empty.” Gastineau, 68, claims that ESPN “deliberately and maliciously failed to publish his clip,” shook hands after the conflict.

“They will be held responsible for their malicious conduct and will be paid for Mark’s misrepresentation,” said Christopher J. Cusser, a lawyer for Gustinault. New York Post. “The defendant intentionally corrupted Mark’s reputation for ESPN’s ratings and we intend to hold them accountable.”

Favre dealt with the situation in December Twittersays he has sympathy for the Jets legend.

“I have great respect for Mark. I hope he will join me in the Hall of Fame one day. He won it. Look at his numbers. He overturned 20 sacks twice and won 19 in another year! Mark definitely left a Mark in the game with no disappearance. I hope this controversy will bring attention to how great Mark Gustineau is. He belongs to Canton.”

Gustineau is suing for $25 million.
