Mayer Announces Community Cleanup – Signals AZ

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors is pleased to work with the Public Works Department to announce community cleaning in Mayer.

The cleanup will be made available to Yabapai County residents for free from 8am to 4pm on the following date.

  • Thursday, April 10th
  • Friday, April 11th
  • Saturday, April 12th
  • Thursday, April 17th
  • Friday, April 18th
  • Saturday, April 19th

Accepted Items: Home appliances, bagged household trash, car batteries, tires (below 30), furniture, garden trimming.

Unacceptable items: Loose household trash, liquids, dangerous materials, cars, Ni CAD batteries, dead animals.

Wildfires are never out of season, and now is the time to create defensive space around your home. Cut 5-30 feet of vegetation from all structures. Remove all debris and dead vegetation from the roof, deck and ground around the house. Don’t forget to be careful of sparks as you are cutting and trimming. All yard trimming is accepted with cleanup.

Transfer stations will remain open Tuesdays and Wednesdays at regular hours and prices. Early or late dumping is not permitted.

This program is for residential use only. Commercial loads are not accepted. Get ready to unload your car.
