MCAS Yuma Airshow to take flight on Saturday

The air show will be held on Saturday, March 9th

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma is inviting area residents to its March 9 air show.

Gates open at 9 a.m. and the show ends around 2:30 p.m. However, the gates for access to the air show will close at 12pm and entry will be prohibited.

  • Military Free Fall School Skydiving Demo
  • Commander's welcome and presentation of baton/honorary flight commander
  • USMC MAGTF demo (AH-1Z, CH-53E, F-35B, F/A-18C, KC-130J, MV-22B, UH-1Y) and Pyro
  • U.S. Marine Corps Enlistment Ceremony
  • US Marine Corps F-5N Demo
  • hot streak jet truck
  • U.S. Air Force enlistment ceremony
  • US Air Force F-22A demo and P-40N heritage flight with pyro
  • USMC MV22B Demo, VMX-1

Yuma Airfield said admission to the Yuma Air Show is always free.
