As the Mojave County community became a destination, obtaining affordable housing became a challenge. In 2020, median household income for Mojave County households was $47,686, and median home prices soared to over $240,000 across the county. The presence of affordable single-family homes and multi-family homes in the county further complicates this challenge, creating a need for more affordable housing options.
Those attending the orientation meeting will also have the opportunity to see if they are eligible to take a partial or complete woodworking course through ARIZONA@WORK.
