McCarthy Teases Garland Impeachment After Whistleblower Testimony

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy appears to be teasing a possible impeachment inquiry into Attorney General Merrick Garland on Sunday after a bombshell by an IRS whistleblower.

An IRS whistleblower told Congress that President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, threatened Chinese business people in Biden’s presence. Whistleblower Gary Shapley testified that the alleged text message exchanges came to light after an investigation into Hunter began in 2018. Biden claims he knew nothing about his son’s overseas business dealings.

“I am sitting here with my father and we want to understand why the promise was not fulfilled.
