An anonymous background extra on the set of Mia Goth's upcoming movie MaXXXine has accused her of intentionally kicking him in the head during production, court documents say, TMZ reports.

According to TMZ, the anonymous actor claimed that his role in the upcoming series required him to lie face down in the dirt while wearing a robe and pretend to be dead for several hours. His character was reportedly stained with fake blood. Goss, who played Maxine, ran past him as he lay on the ground, straddled his body, and paused to look at him before planning to run away, the newspaper reported.

According to the documents, the actor claimed to have significant pain and stiffness in his neck after he was allegedly kicked, TMZ reported.
