What a great way to drive to see the Ann Arbor sunset…

McCarthy, a junior from La Grange Park, Illinois, threw for a total of 2,991 yards and 22 touchdowns in the 2023 campaign, posting an elite 72.3% completion percentage.

According to ESPN expert Mel Kiper Jr., McCarthy is ranked as the fifth-best quarterback in the NFL Draft.

Along with Colm, he piled up 1,245 rushing yards in a 1,000-yard season and scored 27 touchdowns, ranking No. 1 in the entire FBS.

Kiper ranks the senior from Marshall, Virginia, as the No. 4 best running back in the draft.

First of all, congratulations to JJ McCarthy and Blake Collum. I don't want to take anything away from them by what I'm about to say. And I want to shout out to Ann Arbor. As far as the University of Michigan goes, it's all love from my direction. Concerned.

But with that being said, I don't think either McCarthy or Colm exist in the NFL. I mean, Colm may have the potential to be a superstar, I just don't see it…but I can see him being a valuable role player. But that's just me.

Anyway…JJ, Blake…get the money, boo-boo. (*Kat Williams voice*)
