A middle school coach in Vermont has been reinstated after being suspended for alleged sex misconduct against a student by the school district, according to ABC News.

California high school students have protested a state law allowing students to use the restroom based on their gender identity rather than their biological sex.

The Orange Southwest School District and the law firm representing Allen, Alliance Defending Freedom, did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.
