TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – PCSD tells News 4 Tucson Saturday morning that a 14-year-old Abra Valley boy who went missing early Wednesday morning has been found in Virginia.
Missing Abra Valley teen found safe in Virginia
According to the Pima County Sheriff's Department, law enforcement agencies in Virginia searched for Nicole Hiatt on Friday, March 8, around 10:30 p.m.
She was found safe and is now scheduled to be returned to her family.
PCSD said they are in talks with Hiatt's family to bring him home.
Hyatt was reported missing by her family early Wednesday morning.
On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at approximately 6 a.m., deputies with the Pima County Sheriff's Office Tucson Mountain District responded to a report of a missing juvenile near the 12500 block of North Springfield Road.
Hyatt was last seen at her home around midnight.
Assisting in the search were personnel from the PCSD Park Enforcement/Search and Rescue Unit, PCSD School Resource Room, U.S. Border Patrol Search and Rescue Unit, and members of the Department of Public Safety Aviation Unit.
