This week marks the 14th anniversary of the disappearance of Cameron John Sequeira from the Forest Lakes community. The Coconino County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division and Cold Case Unit are asking the public to assist in the search for missing person Cameron Sequeira. Mr. Sequeira was last seen at 8:30pm on June 26, 2010 at his home on Blue Bird Circle in Forest Lakes, Arizona. He reportedly left his home on foot with his dog. Mr. Sequeira's dog was returned to the home on June 28, 2010.
Coconino County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue conducted an extensive search of the surrounding area, and detectives are conducting a thorough investigation of the incident, looking into all possible clues to determine what happened to Cameron and why he disappeared.
Cameron Sequeira is a white male who was 32 years old at the time of his disappearance and is now 46 years old. Cameron is described as 4'11″ tall, weighing approximately 115 pounds, with brown eyes, shoulder-length brown hair shaved short above his ears in a mullet style, and long sideburns. He has also recovered from an injury over his right eye. Due to Cameron's height (4'11″), some have nicknamed him “Shorty.”
