It’s no one guess how a Missouri man ended up spending Valentine’s Day drunk at the Maricopa Library. But how he was arrested, well, that’s not a mystery.
The Maricopa Police Department responded to the Maricopa Library and Cultural Center at 6 p.m. with reports that 39-year-old Kyle Nickelson was “blackmailing employees by pointing to finger guns.” Immaricopa.
According to police documents, library manager Angela Howell said he must leave as the library closed at 6pm as the library responded with a target “from her waist” and “from her waist.” He told Nickelson.
