In a press release, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) accused police of being known as “Big U” and “Big U” on March 19.
Henry Jr. is a well-known leader and entertainment entrepreneur of the 60s Rollin’ Neighborhood Crips Street Gang in South Los Angeles. According to To DOJ. Authorities claim he carried out a crime operation that involved various assault crimes, including fear tor, human trafficking, fraud and the 2021 murder of an aspiring rap artist. Two additional companions from the criminal enterprise – Sylvester Robinson, known as “Vey,” and Mark Martin, who passes through “Bear Claw,” has been arrested on the same criminal charges.
Authorities accused Henry Jr. of being a fugitive.
The music industry recognizes Henry Jr. as the former manager of the late Nipesy Heisle.
“The complaint claims sealed today reveal criminal enterprises engaged in murder, fear, trafficking and fraud. All are led by music entrepreneurs who are nothing more than anti-gang activists and violent street criminals.
“We’re committed to working with people who are looking for a way to spend time with people who are looking for a place to stay,” said Akil Davis, assistant director of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office.
“The FBI and our partners have been working for four years to bring justice in this case and will continue to eradicate this type of criminal activity that is plaguing the city of Los Angeles.”
Law enforcement officials arrested 10 members and companions from the 60s who were accused of various federal crimes over 24 hours. The charges include drug trafficking, assault conspiracy and firearm crimes. Four defendants were already in custody in the authorities. Law enforcement believes it will be found after the location of five other defendants, three of whom will soon be taken into custody, according to the DOJ. Henry Jr. is one of two authorities considered a fugitive.
Authorities include affidavits on March 17, responsible for the claims from 2010 to the present, as well as an unsealed criminal charge, not sealed on March 19. The affidavit alleges that Henry’s crime organisation, Big U Enterprise, worked in the same way as the Mafia. Authorities allegedly used Henry’s longstanding relationship with the ’60s and other criminal gangs to intimidate businesses and residents in Los Angeles.
According to the DOJ, Big U Enterprise is described as “a clear and independent criminal enterprise engaged in criminal activities including murder, robbery, robbery, trafficking, fraud and illegal gambling.”
Henry murdered an ambitious artist named RW, who was signed to Henry’s music label, the affidavit said. Authorities claimed he and Martin visited Las Vegas to confront RW after recording Henry’s critical song. Henry is said to have shot the rapper in his head, removed his body from Interstate 15 and left it in a ditch.
They alleged that Henry and Robinson returned to Los Angeles, with the former ordered studio employees. According to the DOJ, Henry’s aide discarded security surveillance footage from the studio. Henry is said to have told the witness to keep information about the murder from law enforcement.
The DOJ also alleged that Henry filed a fraudulent application for a Covid-19 pandemic relief loan by claiming false benefits.(Related: The federal government reportedly stormed Tekashi 6ix9ine’s mansion and forced a DNA test)
The Los Angeles field office, a special agent responsible for Tyler Hatcher in the IRS Crime Investigation, said “RICO’s accusations against Henry and his peers are under the umbrella of a well-organized criminal organization led by Henry, reflecting the pattern of gambit from adults to tax evasion.”
Henry could be sentenced to life in federal prison if convicted.
