NBA All-Star Game Ratings Are So Historically Bad It Nearly Broke Worst All-Time Record

Sunday’s NBA All-Star Game gave an absolutely disastrous rating. 4.7 million viewers 2024 To see a 13% decrease compared to ASG.

To show what’s really bad, the 2005 edition of the NBA All-Star Game had a whopping 17.45 million viewers. In other words, the league has seen their ASG fall at a dramatic level. To calculate some more numbers for you, past numbers compared to now are incredible 80% drop-offs.

“The NBA has destroyed the brand by listening to Woke Sportswriters online,” tweeted Outkick’s Clay Travis. “I have better ideas. They should try to appeal to all basketball fans in America by putting out great products and respecting their fans.”

I couldn’t agree any more.

And it’s not just the All-Star Game, but the NBA needs to rethink its entire business model.
