NBA Insiders Say Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo Could Be Traded, Linked To Heat And Nets: REPORT

According to CBS Sports’ Bill ReiterThere are multiple executives in the NBA who say he’s a superstar for the Milwaukee Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo He could be traded here for the 2024-25 campaign. And there is hope across the league that that might happen.

A second executive told the writer that if Antetokounmpo is shipped from Milwaukee by the trade deadline (February 6th), they “wouldn’t be surprised”.

The writer also reported that a third executive representing an Eastern Conference organization said Antetokounmpo would like to be traded to either the Miami Heat or Brooklyn Nets.

This season, Antetokounmpo is averaging a double-double with 28.8 points and 11.8 rebounds per game. The Bucks open the season with 1 win and 3 losses.

I would be very angry Damian Lillard And Giannis ended up getting traded to Miami — in case you don’t remember, Dame demanded the Portland Trail Blazers send him to the Heat in a trade debacle. However, he ended up in Milwaukee against his wishes. Such a situation would be a comedy indeed.

That being said, I’ve learned over the past decade not to have my hopes up anymore when it comes to Miami actually landing a superstar. It’s just a story after the big three.

This bodes well for Dame in terms of potential embarrassment and should actually be the catalyst for the Heat to pull the trigger. Let’s do it for comedy!
