The New Mexico Republican Party (RPNM) said on Sunday that the entrance to Albuquerque headquarters was “destroyed by intentional arson acts.”
The obvious attack was “fueled by hatred and intolerance,” RPNM I said In a statement. The parties argued that the damage was not an isolated incident, but rather a “direct attack on our rights to our values, freedom and political expression.”
Authorities included photos of the burning building that damages the soot in the entrance and corridors. Another photo shows “Ice = KKK” written on the wall of the headquarters of red spray paint.
RPNM also denounced progressive leaders’ “silence and unspoken encouragement” about the outbreak of politically motivated violence across the United States (Related: Governor Sununu opposes Don Lemon’s attempt to denounce Republicans for political violence)
“Their failure to oppose political violence not only created an environment where such attacks are possible, but also created an increasingly frequent environment,” the statement continued.
