Wow… I honestly didn’t know there were only 23 perfect games heading into Wednesday.
This is a pretty big deal, and the fact that Domingo German did it in a New York Yankees uniform only magnifies it. For this alone, Gelman is and will always be a legend in the Big Apple. Not only because the history is so big, but also because we know how religious Yankees fans feel about baseball.
