News Flash • Board Seeks Applicants for Highland Justice Pre

PHOENIX, AZ – The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is seeking applicants for appointment to the position of Constable of the Highland Judicial District. Luke Palmer resigned from his position effective February 27, 2024.

The Highland Judicial Branch serves the Gilbert area of ​​the First Supervisory District and portions of the Second Supervisory District.

Constables execute, serve, and return proceedings, warrants, and notices, and attend judicial courts when necessary. Vacancies will be filled by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. By law, the appointee must be a Republican like Mr. Palmer, reside in the Highland Judicial District, and be a registered Arizona voter. Appointees will serve in their positions for the remainder of their terms.
