Nick Saban: ‘Lulu, Miss Terry and I are certainly wishing for your very speedy recovery’

Lulu Gribbin, the Mountain Brook teenager who was attacked by a shark in Florida two weeks ago, is receiving special videos of support from athletes, coaches and celebrities across the country.

From Caitlin Clark to Eli Manning to Nate Oats, all videos are recorded on their Instagram accounts You can see all of Lulu Strong's work here.

But one of them came from one of the greatest of all time, former University of Alabama head coach Nick Saban.

“Lulu, Terry and I wish you a speedy recovery,” Saban said. “We know you're a fighter and we're confident you'll get through this. I want you to know that there are many people out there praying for your speedy recovery. God bless you and Roll Tide.”

Current University of Alabama head coach Karen DeBoer also created a video inviting Lull to visit the facility once he recovers.

“Please add me and the whole team and coaching staff to the list of people who are thinking and praying for you,” DeBoer said. “I want you to keep fighting and I really look forward to seeing you and being here with you when you get through it. Keep fighting, we're all thinking of you!”
