Christina Fulton reportedly sued Nicholas Cage and her adult son in 2024 on suspicion of attack.
Fulton claimed that his son Weston physically attacked her in April 2024. Get On Wednesday, people showed she is currently suing both of them and holding a cage in charge of enabling his suspected actions prior to the incident. Fulton filed a lawsuit against Cage for overseeing negligence and for negligence business. She also sues Weston for the attack, battery, intentionally inflicts mental distress and unfairly inflicts emotional distress. Both men have also been sued for negligence.

Fulton alleged that Cage dismissed Weston’s mental health issues prior to the attacks that occurred during the “mental health crisis.”
She claimed that Weston assaulted her in the elevator, lobby and car park of his apartment complex.
Fulton claimed he suffered from brain concussions, multiple consequences, eye wounds, dental damage, PTSD and psychological problems as a result of the suspected attack.
“These injuries require extensive medical care, surgery and treatment,” the lawsuit states.

Fulton accused Cage of not intervening, and Cage claimed Weston had rescued him from prison multiple times. She insisted that the actor would drink alcohol with his son.
She claimed that Cage failed to ensure Weston had the “necessary psychiatric” assistance and instead helped him with his “reckless” behavior.
“Weston has a long history of mental and psychological disorders, and committing violent assaults and batteries, hurting many individuals,” Fulton said in the lawsuit. “Nicholas knew Weston’s history, but still failed to take action to prevent Weston from committing violent acts and hurting others.”
“Nicholas knew that Weston had posed serious and imminent danger to others, including the plaintiff, based on a documented history of violent assault, substance abuse and mental instability. It should have been,” the lawsuit read.

Cage’s lawyers issued a statement to those who said “Christina Fulton’s allegations against Nicholas Cage are ridiculous and frivolous.”
“Weston Coppola is a 34-year-old man. Cage does not control Weston’s actions in any way and is not responsible for alleged assault on Weston’s mother,” the lawyer added.
Fulton argued that alleged attacks had an impact on her “thriving” modeling and acting career. She said she was filming a Netflix show “when the assault derailed her life,” according to people. She claimed she was unable to continue her performance and was unable to attend a brand promotion event. Fulton argued that her brand, Cyclish, and multi-million dollar opportunities are “at risk.” (Related: Ju-dean found innocent $AP Rocky at a film trial)
Fulton demanded costs related to her lawsuit. It is unclear how much she is seeking damage.
