Napa County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) officers reportedly arrested Nikki Bella's husband, Artyom Chigvintsev, on Thursday on felony domestic violence charges.
An NCSO representative said officers responded to a domestic violence call at a Yountville location just before 10 a.m. TMZTMZ reports that the incident was reported to have involved injuries and that arrests were made at the scene. Sources say the victim in the incident has requested complete confidentiality and her name is not being released. It is unclear at this time if Nikki Bella Garcia was involved in any way.

According to TMZ, jail records show the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant was arrested on domestic violence charges and is currently being held in Napa County Jail in California.
The 42-year-old man was arrested under California Penal Code 273.5(a), which makes it illegal to injure a spouse, parent or cohabitant through domestic violence. ABC7.
Records show he is reportedly being held on $25,000 bail, but it is not yet clear if he remains in police custody at this time.

At this time, it is unclear what led up to the incident or the actual circumstances surrounding it.
According to TMZ, Chigvintsev and his wife, former WWE star Nikki Garcia (better known as one of the Bella sisters), had celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary just days before his arrest. Garcia shared an Instagram Story on Wednesday revealing that she was also in Napa, but it's not yet known if she was involved in the altercation that allegedly led to Chigvintsev's arrest. The two starred together on Dancing with the Stars in 2017 and began a romantic relationship in 2019, with their relationship continuing to thrive since then. Garcia and Chigvintsev have a 4-year-old son, Matteo, and the family currently resides in Napa Valley.
