Legendary rock group Nine Inch Nails have announced they are embarking on a world tour, but told fans they are withholding details out of respect for those affected by the California wildfires.
The band revealed their upcoming tour in an Instagram post shared in the early morning hours of January 14, but stopped short of bragging about the news in light of the tragedy unfolding in Los Angeles.
“As some dates and information regarding the world tour have been leaked, we can confirm that we will be touring and will share more details soon,” they wrote on their official social media account. “We are all watching the devastation happening in California and have paused our announcements while people try to process everything that is happening.”

Nine Inch Nails turned off comments on the post, preventing fans from publicly sharing their thoughts on the announcement.
The band once again focused on those in need in the aftermath of the blaze by sharing a list of resources on their Instagram Stories, including the Los Angeles Area Food Bank and Los Angeles Animal Services.
