Bruce Bracker is the Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors for the 3rd District.
“I haven’t gotten a direct report of when, where, or how many people there. Based on my knowledge of what’s going on at the border. Very similar to when you assign National Guard ports of entry.”

“We have worked together to move migrants to facilities away from the border. In Tucson and Phoenix, we were able to move migrants to their destination through these facilities in Tucson and Phoenix.”
Currently this is funded through FEMA, but once Title 42 is over, FEMA will no longer be responsible. But two Arizona senators are stepping up to keep the money…
“Senators Cinema and Senator Kerry have worked diligently to ensure funding is available so that these programs can continue to run.”
“This immigration problem has been going on since the Nixon administration,” Blacker said. disapproved of the effort by John McCain and the (inaudible) old days.
