Harold M. Cook of Prescott, Arizona died at his home on July 28, 2023. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 8, 1943. Harold grew up in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania and Southern California.

Harold attended Long Beach City College in Fullerton, CA and earned a master’s degree from Chapman College in Orange, CA.

Harold has served the Orange County Probation Service for 30 years and has served the California community. Of the 29 years he lived in Chino Valley and Prescott, he worked for the Probation Service for 19 years and served the Yavapai County community.

Harold is survived by his sister Shalyn, daughters Wendy and Mandy, wife of 32 years Gail, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He runs the Big Sur Marathon, fishes and waterskis on Lake Mead, takes spin classes at the YMCA on Kauai, eats sushi at Fujiyama Restaurant, and cooks the best fish tacos and salsa for friends. I loved making
