Yavapai County, Arizona — An off-duty police sergeant has been arrested by police. Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office Thursday on charges involving domestic violence.
Sergeant Michael Morris of the Prescott Valley Police Department was incarcerated in the county jail on charges of criminal damages and disorderly conduct after deputies took him into custody around 6:00 p.m.
Prescott Valley officers initially contacted YCSO agents after realizing Morris was involved in the case after being dispatched to Morris’ home to report domestic violence, police said. handled the call.
