Okay… apparently Lane Kiffin is not a fan of Coca-Cola.
Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin met with reporters after the Rebels football practice in Oxford on Monday, and not only was it a typical Lane Kiffin press conference, it was also pretty awesome because he was on steroids.
If you're familiar with Kiffin's ways, you know he doesn't like to share information, especially with the media. You'll never hear him talk about injuries, he keeps things as private as possible, and is totally professional when it comes to handling the press. This leaves us guessing and can sometimes create awkward moments.
It's the same as Monday. (RELATED: Oklahoma State University football department takes a pretty creative (and slightly creepy) approach to raising funds for NIL operations)
After the final question, and a few seconds of awkward silence on everyone's faces, Kiffin sniffed the bottle of Coca-Cola that was sitting on the podium. Coca-Cola had been a sponsor of Kiffin since before he became head coach. 2019Coca-Cola has been an Ole Miss sports advertiser for quite some time now, so why has this bottle caught their attention now?
Who knows, but it's super fun!
“Anybody out there drinking Coke?” Kiffin asked the media. “Did you know that 130% of your daily sugar intake is in one of those? 65 grams of sugar.”
Kiffin then accused the ESPN reporter of drinking coke. LOL!

How long will it be before Coca-Cola withdraws its support for Lane Kiffin's press conferences?

Never change, Lane. Never change.
