Less than 24 hours after the start of the Games, the Olympics removed a video from its official YouTube channel that showed drag queens mocking Christianity during the opening ceremony.
The 2024 Paris Olympics came under fire for its “blasphemous” opening ceremony, in which drag queens portrayed Christian imagery including “The Last Supper” and the Greek god Dionysus. Olympic organizers have since removed a YouTube video of the performance, and re-uploads have begun to disappear from several social media platforms.

The re-upload of the video of the opening ceremony posted by the Daily Caller on X has been rendered unplayable due to a “report from the copyright holder.”
“Video not available,” a message appears where the video should be playing. “This video has been removed in response to a report by the copyright owner.”
