Sossaman Road will be closed from just south of German Road to Rittenhouse Road from Monday March 13th to Friday March 24th. Construction will take place from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm to install the natural gas pipeline.

Southwest Gas issued a construction alert saying it had contracted Underground Construction Company to install pipelines and infrastructure on Sosaman Road, just south of the German Road intersection on the Union Pacific Railroad site. bottom.

German Road traffic can access northbound Sossaman Road during the closure, but left turns (southbound) into Sossaman Road are not permitted. The work is scheduled to coincide with school spring break to minimize the impact on school traffic, Southwest Gas said.

After working hours, we will cover the road with iron plates and return the road to normal traffic.

Southwest Gas says customers should not experience service interruptions unless otherwise notified.
