Beverley, who recently turned 36, posted on Twitter shortly before signing that he was weighing his options of signing a veteran-minimum NBA contract or signing a contract that would send him overseas before his final NBA season. 12 He began his career overseas, having played in Russia and Greece for several seasons.

Beverley, who was originally scheduled to begin the 2023-24 season with the Philadelphia 76ers, was traded to the Bucks at the deadline in February of this year, reuniting with head coach Doc Rivers. In 73 total games played, Beverley averaged 6.2 points (41.7% field goal shooting, 33.7% 3-point shooting), 3.3 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game.

Don't get me wrong, Tel Aviv is a beautiful place and I hear there are plenty of beautiful women there, but it's not America… that alone would be a killer for me, regardless of the amount of money offered.

Plus, do you really want to go to Israel in these crazy times we’re living in?

Sorry, but this is…

I don't like that kind of atmosphere. But whatever… go buy a newspaper.
