PAUL RUNKO: DEI Is Being Expelled From Education One Lawsuit At A Time

The United States has stipulated aggressive treatment by the Trump administration to drive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) diseases out of the federal government (and the country).

Just two days after President Donald Trump’s inauguration, the Department of Education (ED) launched its first Sarubo On February 14th, ED published “Dear Colleague” for DEI Cancer letter Schools that violate the Constitution and Civil Rights Act make it clear that using race as a decision-making factor could lead to loss of federal funds.

Essentially, the DEI program sat across a long meeting table, and Trump said, “You’ve been fired.”

Parents across the country are gathering behind President Trump, warning his administration of school districts that continue to operate outside the scope of merit-based neutral education in hopes that Day’s tragedy at K-12 schools can be eradicated by men elected to do so. Portland Public School, Oregon

Take Portland Public Schools (PPS), for example. On March 3, 2025, Education Education (PDE) submitted civil rights Complaint For PPS for the establishment of the Black Student Excellence Centre (CBSE), a racially exclusive program that provides mentorship, community engagement and specific academic services. Yes, you read it correctly, an academic program that separates students based on their skin color.

PPS’ racial exclusive programme not only violates the Ministry of Education’s guidance on using the Ministry of Education’s race as a factor in educational decisions, but also contradicts the Supreme Court’s decision on racism. A similar program entitled “Achievements Plan for Black Students” in California’s Los Angeles Unified School District revision In 2024, after a civil rights complaint was sent to former President Joe Biden. If these types of programs were considered discriminatory by Biden’s EDs, they would never be accepted against America, and Trump’s EDs have the power to shut them out completely.

Chicago Public Schools, Illinois

Next is Chicago Public Schools (CPS). PDE complaints It highlights the “Black Student Success Plan,” a program that is likely to violate Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.

It’s even more scandalous than this race-specific programming The plan will be revealed That means Chicago students of all races are struggling academically. In other words, CPS fails for all students regardless of skin color. According to the CPS slide presentation, Latino students are inferior to black students, but are excluded from the “student success plan” based on this race. This is not just a racial favor, it is a complete failure of the education system.

San Leandro Unified School District, California

In California, PDE has it Civil rights complaint filed For the San Leandro Unified School District, for partnership with Kingmakers in Auckland, a racially exclusively run race-centric organization. program For the teacher. This is yet another example of how DEIs addicted to schools by using race as a race that has access to resources and opportunities.

It is obviously right to end this discriminatory programming that contributes to Day’s racist “oppressor vs oppressed” thinking. American parents know that schools should really focus on what is important: academic excellence rather than skin tone. Trump Ed has the opportunity to stand with those parents to make our school wonderful again. (Related: Ministry of Education cuts almost half of staff)

In the first month of the Trump administration, parents have seen an unwavering commitment to restoring merit-based education and eliminating divisive and discriminatory DEI policies. By continuing to hold schools accountable for race-based programs and ensuring that federal funds are used solely to support initiatives that promote equality of opportunity rather than identity-based separation, the administration can save schools from an agenda that undermines the value that makes America great.
