Piers Morgan Panelist Melts Down As Guest Rips Harris’ Policies, Says Her Surrogates Make ‘Crap Up’

Piers Morgan panelist and liberal social media influencer Harry Sisson responded negatively on Thursday, while guest Ben Ferguson criticized VP Harris' policies and accused her surrogates of “messing things up.”

Following Tuesday's presidential debate between Harris and former President Donald Trump, ABC News hosts were criticized for being biased against Trump after fact-checking him throughout the night and not so much Harris. Appearing on “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” Sisson harshly criticized one of Trump's responses during the debate, before Ferguson interjected that he didn't think the night was “going to swing” in Harris' favor. “That's the problem and that's why I don't think Kamala Harris' appearance last night is going to make much difference, because her surrogates are going to come out and just make up bullshit. It's an insult to the American people. They're going to sit here and say Kamala Harris has done a 180-degree turn on issues like gun confiscation,” Ferguson said.

“She's saying, 'Oh, I've been against fracking my whole life, and now I'm for fracking,'” Ferguson continued. “Kamala Harris has a problem. People don't believe her, they don't trust her. Donald Trump needs to do a better job of talking about these swings. She's for a lot of things…”

Sisson tried to interrupt Ferguson, who was trying to defend Harris against accusations that she was constantly changing her stance, telling her to “wait a minute,” but Ferguson yelled back that she needed to finish her argument and continued to attack Harris' economic policies. Sisson was seen putting his hands over his face.

“I'm serious,” Ferguson said. “Last night ABC News didn't ask one question about communist price controls in grocery stores or making the government pay for housing. How can we have a debate when her most controversial proposal is about a Soviet-style system in grocery stores?”

“And the reason they didn't ask her that question is because they knew she couldn't defend it and they knew it would really hurt her. So you left that question unasked throughout the debate?” Ferguson questioned. “She laid it out in her own words a few weeks ago, saying, 'I'm just going to go after a product that I don't have a price at which to sell.' That would destroy the entire market. So I still think Kamala Harris is going to lose.”

After Vice President Harris unveiled her economic plan in mid-August, she faced strong backlash from political commentators on both sides of the aisle, who argued that her proposals for the federal government to ban “corporate price gouging” and provide up to $25,000 in down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers could drive up prices in grocery stores and the housing market.
