Maureen Pisano, Director of Dental Services at Sid Davis Memorial Dental Clinic, has been named a 2023 Northern Arizona Hero of Oral Health.
At an awards ceremony Friday, the Northern Arizona Oral Health Coalition presented Pisano with an award in recognition of her work promoting oral health in Northern Arizona.
Presented by Delta Dental, Arizona, this award raises awareness about oral health in Coconino County, supports oral health in different age groups, and promotes oral health activities for underserved populations. It recognizes those who lead the “

Pisano has been a certified dental assistant since 1979.
