This, folks, is why we love college sports.
On Tuesday night, the Texas Longhorns and Texas Tech Red Raiders clashed in a good old-fashioned rivalry college basketball game, but like most rivalries, there was no love lost in this one.
The Longhorns dominated the Red Raiders throughout the contest, but Texas Tech was the better team on paper and had home court advantage, so it's safe to say that fans weren't exactly happy with the outcome. And you had this guy Brock Cunningham (The Texas forward) makes everything worse for the Red Raiders faithful.
With 10 minutes and 16 seconds left in the game, he was chasing the ball and absolutely timed a Texas Tech player in an inappropriate manner and was rightfully ejected by the referee. .

However, Texas Tech fans were still not satisfied. They were already losing and when one of their players got popped, they came alive.
In fact, they were so angry that one fan started drinking beer on the court, and unfortunately for him, America's Greatest Player was caught in the act. And, well, they let this guy have it and totally manhandled him out of the arena.

But that didn't stop some other Red Raiders fans from getting in on the act as well. Heck, Texas Tech head coach Grant McCasland had to get on the microphone and tell fans to calm down.
After Brock Cunningham was ejected, more fans started throwing things onto the court, resulting in a technical foul against Texas Tech.
Grant McCasland grabbed the microphone and begged fans to stop throwing things. https://t.co/5RjBODgARh pic.twitter.com/OppFimAxJe
