Police Find Elderly Client ‘Encased In Concrete,’ Arrest Handyman As Person Of Interest

Authorities arrested an interested person after discovering a missing woman “wrapped in concrete” under a shed in Thurston County, Washington.

The next day, the Thurston County Coroner’s Office identified the body as Norman’s, the press release said.

Zizz has been handed over to Washington and remains in jail without bail for violating his child abuse sentence warrant, TCSO said. He remains a “person of interest” in the investigation of Norman’s death, officials added, as detectives work to gather additional evidence.
