Polden, Arizona – Polden’s father was arrested after his son was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound in early November. Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) Announced.
Lawmakers were called to Paulden’s trailer for reports that a man was shot around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Deputies tried to resuscitate him for nearly an hour, but Tristan was eventually pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said conflicting information from several witnesses obscured the sequence of events before and after the shooting. YCSO representatives eventually took the victim’s father, Donald Roque, into custody.
The investigation is still ongoing, and the sheriff’s office said it has not confirmed the charges.
