Rick Buchanan, the popular DJ known as “Slick Rick,” was found decapitated in his Berclare home on Wednesday.
The newspaper said her brother, John Buchanan, discovered her body at her Angel Avenue home around 2:30 p.m. fox 13.
“I went inside and found him, so I called 911,” John told the outlet.
He went on to describe the moment he made his horrifying discovery.
“I thought he had a coat over his head, like he was cold or something,” John said, according to FOX13. “I ran out, ran back out, and realized things were even worse.”
John received a call from Slick Rick's neighbor and went to his brother's house to find that the back door was open and his brother's dog Lucky was wandering around the garden without anyone noticing. He said he noticed it. Sun.
“A lot of things were strange,” John told WHBQ-TV, according to The Sun. “He still had the keys in his hand, his pants were pulled down to his feet, and the door behind him was wide open, so that's strange.”

Memphis police are investigating Rick's death and are seeking answers about what happened at his home the Wednesday night before his death.
Slick Rick was a DJ in Memphis for decades and was well known in the industry. (Related: Famous musician Jose Luis Vazquez and 2 others found dead in loft)
According to FOX13, Rick's brother said Rick's life changed dramatically after he was shot outside a club in 2014. John told the program that his brother suffered greatly after the incident and found it difficult to return to normal life. Rick also said he was unable to secure regular work and became a recluse.
