A former Penn State professor who was arrested last year on a bestiality case has been released after a new video surfaced in which he allegedly inserted a tree branch and a lollipop into his anus in a public place, according to Onward State. He is said to be facing further charges.

According to an affidavit reviewed by Onward State, a search of Matsoukas' iPad after his arrest revealed approximately 55 videos allegedly recorded by him.

Onward State reported that Matsoukas was seen masturbating on picnic tables, lakes, DCNR vehicles, picnic tables and porches. He has also been seen with tree branches, lollipops, and the control handle of a DCNR John Deere car stuck in his butt.
Last April, DCNR said a thief trail camera captured footage of an unidentified man (later identified as Matsoukas) allegedly committing lewd acts near a Pennsylvania trail parking lot. As a result, an investigation into the suspect, Matsoukas, began. The video footage allegedly showed Matsoukas having sex with the dog and attempting to record it on a tablet.
Investigators executed a search warrant at Matsoukas' home and found an iPad, backpack, ski mask, watch, and boots, the same items observed in video footage of the alleged lewd act near the trail. matched. A dog matching the description of the animal seen in the video was also found in the home.
Matsoukas told investigators searching his home that he acted “to vent his frustrations” and begged police to shoot him. according to to the New York Post.

Matsoukas had already been charged with multiple counts of lewd conduct, indecent exposure, sexual intercourse with an animal and animal cruelty. According to Onward State, he was placed on administrative leave from Penn State after his arrest last June.
