Rain, chance of snow in the forecast for Flagstaff this week

Spring is just around the corner, and a new storm system looks set to bring rain and snow potential to northern Arizona all weekend.

The recent storm comes after a two-week window from a historic winter. The NWS reports a total of 142.9 inches of snow has fallen at the airport so far this winter. That’s enough to make it into the top 10 of all time, even if it didn’t snow for the rest of the season.
