Reality Star Tom Sandoval Sues Ex-Girlfriend In Revenge Porn Scandal: REPORT

Reality TV star Tom Sandoval has sued his ex-girlfriend, fellow “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix, in a revenge porn scandal.

Sandoval and Madix were a couple when a sex tape exposed Sandoval's affair with another “Vanderpump Rules” star, Rachel Revis. According to newly filed court documents by Sandoval, his ex-girlfriend allegedly violated Sandoval's privacy and illegally accessed his phone when she discovered the explicit video in 2023. TMZAccording to TMZ, Madix claims she made copies of the sex tape and sent it to Revis and other individuals without his consent, which is a violation of California criminal law.

The drama aired on television and quickly became a talking point both on the show and on social media. Bravo fans began calling the intense situation “scandalous” and turned on their TVs to watch the tide of emotions as the infidelity was revealed, resulting in tears, heartache, and dramatic fights.

This is the second lawsuit filed in a revenge porn case.

Revis previously filed court papers alleging that Sandoval recorded intimate moments without her knowledge or consent, and she also accuses Maddix of distributing at least two sexually explicit tapes after the affair was discovered, according to TMZ.

Madix previously acknowledged finding the NSFW footage on Sandoval's phone during an episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” but denied having any role in distributing the video. (RELATED: Kevin Hart's Ex-Friend JT Jackson Sues Him for Millions: Report)

According to TMZ, Madix's lawyer, Jordan Sussman, spoke out about the lawsuit, accusing Sandoval of fighting an “emotional battle” against his ex-girlfriend.

It is not yet clear whether Sandoval plans to take the matter to police.
