Recognizing Memorial Day in Alabama

Over the past 12 years, I have had the opportunity to visit all 67 counties in Alabama on a total of 13 occasions. During my #All67 visits, I was introduced to many of the most incredible celebration programs throughout the state that are considered to be among the finest in the country.

Memorial Day is coming up on Monday, May 27thNumberwe would like to suggest here some locations and specific programs that you and your family may want to attend, especially if you don't have any activities planned.

Below are some of the programs I have personally attended over the past 10 years. I think it's worth taking a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and why we celebrate this important day across the nation every year. I think it's a very patriotic and emotional program.
