The NFL is so ridiculous at this point.
The “Monday Night Football” contest was a close game between the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets, with the Bills ending up tied. 23-20 victory. It sounds like fun, but as the host said, it wasn’t terrible And fans loudly made their distaste for the NFL known.
A total of four penalties were called on New York’s final drive, including offsetting fouls. It’s just one drive. (Related article: Eagles’ Nick Sirianni apologizes after laughing at his own fan base for ridiculous mockery)
Overall, both teams were beaten on penalties and fans couldn’t help but take notice. In this game, the Bills and Jets each committed 11 penalties, with Buffalo accumulating 94 penalty yards and New York accumulating 110 penalty yards.
And it wasn’t just the penalty, it was bad refereeing overall. Check out the footage for yourself.
clock:
It’s by T.D. #Jets. Great catch by Garrett Wilson.
It was initially ruled a no catch. Turn around with replay assist.#BUFvsNYJ pic.twitter.com/7ljQJpvLzv

Ref show continues 🚨🚨🚨
Another egregious fake pass interference penalty call. #Jets…
The ball clearly couldn’t be caught and was out of bounds.
It’s just pathetic…I can’t catch it 100%.

ESPN aired a montage of Aaron Rodgers performing his third career Hail Mary as the Packers quarterback.

Well… it was terrible.
And fans were completely furious about this.
There are so many flags that you can’t even tell which team the referee is cheating for.

They are making jokes with these flags 😂😂😂 This is fine
— Joy Taylor (@JoyTaylorTalks) October 15, 2024
Flag each play.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) October 15, 2024
The only thing that will stop NFL referees from flying so many flags is convincing them that both teams are the Kansas City Chiefs.

This product cannot be viewed. Flag every play. How about this?
