The former USC Trojans running back was at home when the terrifying incident happened, sources said. TMZAccording to the outlet, the former Heisman Trophy winner jumped into action as soon as he realized his home was under attack. TMZ reports that a source familiar with the situation said Bush yelled out loud the moment he sensed the danger, urging the suspects to flee the scene.

TMZ's sources say that at least one suspect smashed a window in Bush's Encino home around 11 p.m.

Police were called to the scene and found broken glass near the back door of the home, according to TMZ. No injuries were reported at the time of the police report.
