REPORT: Alleged Underage Victim Comes Forward As Accusations Pile Up Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

A woman identified as Jane Doe has filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of raping her when she was a minor, according to reports.

According to a report published by TMZ on January 13, the accuser also named two other men as part of the lawsuit, claiming they were with Diddy at the time of the alleged attack. The woman said she was 16 when she met Diddy and the other men, and claimed they were working for the disgraced rapper in some way. After she left her babysitting job in Manhattan, she reportedly saw the men getting into an SUV and offered to give them a ride home. According to legal documents, the incident dates back to 2000. The men offered Do a drink to calm him down, which caused Do to feel dizzy, documents said. This court filing is the latest and just one of many serious allegations made against the music mogul. One lawyer, Tony Buzbee, previously identified his firm as representing more than 120 alleged victims in numerous claims against Diddy.

Diddy is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, coercion and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He denies all charges against him.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, the fact remains that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sexually trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can sue for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to uncover the truth. “We are confident that Mr. Combs will prevail in court,” the team said in a statement published by TMZ. The rapper’s trial is scheduled for May.
