Andrew Tate’s girlfriend, Bri Stern, accused her of almost suffocating her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter.
sauce TMZ reportedly has direct knowledge, said Stern filed a sexual assault report claiming Tate had attacked her March 11 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Stern began choking her while Tate was having sex, but it got too rough. She asked him to stop, but he continued, but the more she struggled, the more violent he became, claiming that according to TMZ, he became more violent. The outlet reports that Stern feels everything has become vague, as if she is unconsciously declining, and the encounter that allegedly stopped only when Tate finishes sex.

Stern said he went to the bathroom to record his injuries when Tate fell asleep. TMZ said they got images showing bruises on her face.
The suspect, the victim, said he went to an emergency room in New York City a few days after the attack. According to TMZ sources, she feels safe enough to wait until Tate leaves the country for his court date in Romania before reporting the alleged case to the police.
The outlet said it had obtained medical discharge documents indicating that Stern was diagnosed as “after a contradiction.” They also said they got screenshots of the alleged text messages between Tate and Stern.

According to a source from TMZ, Stern and Tate met when they went to Romania for a modeling gig in June. Individuals reported that Tate was verbally abusive and threatening during the relationship, but alleged choking incidents were the first instance of physical violence. According to TMZ, Tate essentially claimed he wanted to remove Pimp Stern with Pimp Stern OullyFans, and later blocked him on social media and messaging platforms. Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in 2022 for establishing a criminal organization in Romania. Andrew was charged with rape in Romania, with both brothers facing sexual assault lawsuits in the US and the UK. The Tate Brothers have not been convicted of a crime.
