REPORT: Another Vehicle Ramming Attack Kills At Least 2 In Germany After ISIS Threats

A vehicle that ploughed into the crowd on Monday in Mannheim, Germany killed at least two people and injured 25 others, Daily Mail reported, citing local sources.
