REPORT: Florida Authorities Issue Amber Alert For 4-Year-Old Girl, Later Find Her Mother Dead

Florida police arrested the man Sunday on murder charges after he and his 4-year-old daughter were located after the statewide Amber Alert, authorities said.

Nathan Gingles, 44, was charged with three counts of first-degree murder, obstructing the custody of a minor and violating an order to contact his mother and child, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO). , said NBC Miami. According to BCSO, the lawmaker received a call about a shooting in the Tamarak area just after 6am.

In a house across the street, it is said that Mary Gingles – the suspect’s wife and daughter of Ponser – was found deadly shot. It was also revealed that Andrew Ferrin, 36, was shot inside the residence, BCSO said.

Investigators allegedly learned that the suspect had taken him and Mary’s four-year-old daughter, Seraphina Jingles. Police then issued statewide amber alerts.

Deputies were able to track the Jingles vehicle in the Walmart parking lot, authorities said. According to NBC Miami, Seraphina was recovered unharmed and Nathan was arrested.

Court records show that Gingles and Mary had gone through divorce proceedings. According to the divorce petition, the gums physically abused her and her daughter.
