Megan Markle has faced backlash after it was recently reported that she fabricated her podcast and did not conduct interviews for “Archetypes.”

Speculation began circulating that Markle was directly involved in a podcast interview when author Alison Yarrow promoted her corner within the show. She shared a post on her account in August saying she was “thrilled to be part of the phantom series.” The post also included a photo of Yarrow in front of Gimlet Media, an audio production company that is not home to Markle’s podcast.
“Cheers to the producer @farrahsafari (a brilliant interviewer) and the @Gimlet @spotify crew for making it happen!” Yarrow wrote in the caption.
